基于Triz理论的简易果蔬切削机研究
Research of Simple Fruit and Vegetable Cutting Machine Based on Triz Theory
【摘要】 针对水果蔬菜削皮的方式及特点,提出简易果蔬切削机削皮切割机构的整体方案,应用triz理论设计果蔬削、切装置的合理结构和尺寸。采用圆弧形刀片分层螺旋结构布置,以最大程度地适应果蔬表面,增大切削面积,特型切刀在齿条形压力锤的作用下将去皮后的果蔬切割,实现去皮、切割一体化,提高工作效率,节约原材料。
【Abstract】 According to the peeling method and characteristics of fruit and vegetable,the whole structure scheme of simple fruit and vegetable cutting machine was presented.Based on triz theory,the reasonable structure and size of peeling and cutting device for fruit and vegetable has been designed.For maximum adaption to the fruit and vegetable surface and enlargement of cutting area,the circular blades arranged with layered and helical structure have been used.The special cutters have been applied to cut off the peeled fruit and vegetable and integrated peeling with cutting under the action of rack-shaped pressure hammer,which can improve work efficiency and save the raw materials.
