铝合金管壳类零件膜层溶解问题探究

【摘要】 分析了某航空管壳类零件在硬质阳极化过程中膜层发生溶解的原因,结合该零件在实际加工中面临的问题,阐述了膜层溶解的原因,如溶液温度、溶液浓度、电流密度、反应时间、零件的组成元素等因素,并有针对性地提出了改善措施。结合实例证明了这些措施的有效性,对解决生产过程中管类零件和壳体类零件在硬质阳极化时发生溶解问题具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The main factors of the dissolved problems arising in the process of aluminum alloy hard oxidation were analyzed,combined with the specific problems occurring in production practice.The method and thought to analyze and investigate the causes of dissolving is introduced in detail and a series of targeted improvement measures such as temperature,concentration,ampere density,alloy component,are put forward in the end.It is proved that these measures are effective,which can be used for reference to solve the problem of the dissolution of the tube and shell parts in the production process.
