2006—2016年北京市主要输入性蚊媒传染病病例流行病学特征分析

【摘要】 本文结合北京市黄热病、登革热、疟疾病例流行病学特征,探讨主要输入性蚊媒传染病联合防控的方法,以期为上述3种输入性蚊媒传染病防控措施调整提供依据。2006年1月1日至2016年4月30日,北京市累计报告输入性黄热病例5例,且黄热病病例均在2016年输入,登革热123例,疟疾491例。病例信息来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,采用SPSS20.0软件分析病例流行病学特征。商业服务人员、干部职员、外出务工人员和境外旅游人员为3种输入性蚊媒传染病的高危人群。2016年3月11日北京市报告我国首例在安哥拉感染的黄热病病例,3月12日至4月12日新增4名输入性黄热病病例;北京市登革热病例主要从东南亚和非洲输入;疟疾病例数居北京市输入性蚊媒传染病首位,来自非洲多国感染。上述3种传染病感染症状相似,部分疫源地存在多种蚊媒传染病共同流行,临床上极易误诊。北京市输入性蚊媒传染病病例现住址和就诊医院集中在城区,感染地点主要为东南亚、非洲和南美洲,一个输入国可能存在多种蚊媒传染病流行。北京市存在多点输入的风险,临床医生应密切关注全球疫情形势,降低误诊率。

【Abstract】 The aim of present study was to explore the epidemiologic features and prevention and control measures of the main imported mosquito- borne diseases,so as to provide a scientific basis for the integrated control of yellow fever,dengue and malaria. The data of patients infected with mosquito- borne diseases were collected from the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention. SPSS 20. 0 was used to analyze the epidemiologic features of the cases. The business practitioners,civil servants,migrant workers and foreign tourists were the high risk population. In Beijing,the first case of introduced yellow fever was reported in March 11,2016,another 4 yellow fever cases were reported from March 12 to April12. The dengue fever cases were mainly imported from Southeast Asia and Africa. The malaria case number was the top one in imported mosquito-borne diseases. Most of the malaria cases were infected in African countries. The co- circulation of yellow fever,dengue and malaria was a serious public health concern,since it represented both a clinical and diagnostic challenge in endemic areas. Statistical results showed that there was cluster in residence address and infection site. The cases were mainly infected in Southeast Asia,Africa and South America. There is risk of multi point input in Beijing city.Public health workers and clinicians should improve the level of diagnosis and treatment technology.
