Mg-8Li-x(Al-Si)双相合金的显微组织及力学性能
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Li-x(Al-Si) dual phase alloy
【摘要】 通过熔炼、热轧、热处理实验,利用光学显微镜(OM)、万能材料试验机等测试了Mg-8Li、Mg-8Li-2,3,4,5,6(Al-Si)合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,Mg-8Li-4(Al-Si)和Mg-8Li-5(Al-Si)的综合力学性能都优于Mg-8Li-3(Al-Si);随Al-Si共晶添加量超过6%,合金的抗拉强度继续升高,但伸长率快速下降。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Li,Mg-8Li-x( Al-Si)( x = 2,3,4,5,6) alloys prepared by melting,hot rolling and heat treatment were measured by optical microscope( OM),universal material testing machine equipment. The results show that comprehensive mechanical properties of the Mg-8Li-4( Al-Si) and Mg-8Li-5( Al-Si) alloys are better than that of Mg-8Li-3( Al-Si);the tensile strength of the alloy continues to rise and the elongation rate decreases quickly when Al-Si eutectic amount is over 6%.
