组元含量分布对Y2O3-W梯度材料循环热震性能的影响

【摘要】 采用粉末层铺法和无压烧结工艺制备了组元分布指数p分别为0.1、0.3、0.7和1的4种Y2O3-W梯度材料,并进行了4种材料在600℃和400℃温差下的急冷淬火循环热震试验。结果表明:在600℃温差下,经2次循环热震后,4种材料均失效。在400℃温差下,经40次循环热震后,4种材料均未发生失效断裂。随着循环热震次数的增多,热裂纹的长度和密度也随之增加。Y2O3-W梯度材料的抗热震性能随着组元分布指数p的增大逐渐增强。当组元分布指数p=1时,Y2O3-W梯度材料具有最好的抗热震性能。

【Abstract】 Y2O3-W functionally graded materials(FGMs) with 0. 1,0. 3,0. 7 and 1 of composition distribution index p values were prepared by powder laminated and pressureless sintering method. Thermal shock resistance of these materials were researched by quenching thermal shock cycling test at 600 ℃ and 400 ℃,respectively. The results show that the failure fracture of the FGMs occurs after two thermal shock cycles at 600 ℃. However,these FGMs are not failed after thermal shock for 40 cycles at 400 ℃. The length and density of the cracks increase with the increasing of thermal shock cycles. Thermal shock resistance of the FGMs increases with component content distribution index p increases. When p is 1,Y2O3-W FGM has the most excellent thermal shock resistance.
