【摘要】 区块链技术正以其去中心化、去信任的点对点交易模式引起广泛关注。本文介绍了区块链的基本概念,从计算机密码学的角度对区块链中的交易单信任性和区块记帐的信任性两个方面的实现进行了分析,论述了分布式账本技术和智能合约对金融领域带来的颠覆性,最后,结合区块链技术在金融领域的目前应用现状,对上海国际金融中心的建设从区块链技术的复合应用的角度提出了相关发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blockchain technology is gaining more and more attentions because of its decentralization and peer-to-peer trade model without relying on the trusted third party.This paper introduces some basic concepts of blockchain, and analyze the trustworthiness of historical deal records and distributed ledger from the view of cryptography. Then, we discuss how distributed ledger and smart contracts will change and influence the traditional finance. In the end, we propose some suggestions on building Shanghai as the international finance center from the perspective of complex application of blockchain technology.更多还原
