【摘要】 目的:研究冈下肌腱不同部位的毛细血管含量,揭示冈下肌萎缩症产生的机制。方法:采用明胶墨汁血管注射研究肩关节肌腱袖的血供来源,结合光镜观察冈下肌腱的微血管构筑。在对冈下肌腱的位置、形态进行细致观察的基础上进行组织切片,对冈下肌腱不同部位的毛细血管进行测定分析。结果:冈下肌腱止点处和接肌腹处的毛细血管量均明显高于中间部位。结论:冈下肌腱中间部是一个血供不良的部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the blood capillary contents of different parts of the infraspinatus tendon and to reveal the generation mechanism of infraspinatus muscle atrophy.Methods:Gelatin ink vascular injection was used to study blood supply of shoulder cuff tendon in 20 cases of adult fresh cadavers.The microvasculature change of the infraspinatus tendon was observed under light microscope.Based on careful observation of the location and shape of infraspinatus tendon,the capillary quantity was measured on the tissue sections of different parts of infraspinatus tendon.Results:The capillary quantity at the muscle belly and the capillary zone was significantly higher than that in the middle part of infraspinatus tendon(P<0.01).Conclusion:The middle part of infraspinatus tendon is the site with poor blood supply.更多还原
