转大豆泛素活化酶GmUBA1基因烟草的抗冷性研究
Cold Tolerance Research of the GmUBA1 Gene in Transgenic Tobacco Plants
【摘要】 研究大豆泛素活化酶基因对转基因烟草耐低温能力的影响.利用转Gm UBA1烟草的种子,通过比较低温处理后对照和转基因系烟草幼苗根长与湿重的生长状况,运用生物统计学方法分析Gm UBA1基因对烟草耐低温能力的调控效应.低温胁迫下,转反义泛素活化酶基因烟草苗的湿重及根长均明显高于对照组CK,转正义泛素活化酶基因烟草苗的湿重及根长均明显低于CK.转反义泛素活化酶基因可以提高转基因烟草植株的耐寒性,改善低温胁迫下植株的生理功能,进而提高植株抵御低温胁迫的能力.
【Abstract】 To elucidate the effects of Gm UBA1 on low-temperature stress tolerant capacities in transgenic tobacco. After low-temperature treatment, the regulation effects of Gm UBA1 gene were evaluated by the comparisons of wet weight and the length of roots among the anti-expression and over-expression of Gm UBA1 transgenic lines and control(CK). By using biostatistics, Gm UBA1 gene effects of transgenic tobacco’s low-temperature tolerant capacities were analyzed.Under low temperature stress, wet weight and the length of roots of anti-expression of Gm UBA1 in transgenic tobacco plants were higher;wet weight and the length of roots of over-expression of Gm UBA1 in transgenic tobacco plants were lower.These results suggest that anti-expression of Gm UBA1 in transgenic tobacco could increase cold tolerance of transgenic tobacco plants, improve physical function of plants under low temperature stress, may further improve the ability of plants to withstand cold stress.
