【Abstract】 "Democratic supervision"is one of the three functions of the people’s political consultative conference, but it is still the weak link,compared with the political consultation and the political participation in the practice of the Chinese people’s political consultative conference(CPPCC) started. This paper expounds the function orientation of democratic supervision in the three major functions of CPPCC,analyzes the difficulties and problems in the process of democratic supervision of CPPCC, and puts forward some Suggestions for strengthening the construction of democratic supervisory system and mechanism,to further enhance the substantial results of democratic supervision.更多还原
