制糖多效蒸发过程的模拟与分析

【摘要】 多效蒸发系统是糖厂用热系统的核心,分析其有效能变化情况对制糖过程的节能减排具有重要的指导意义,本文旨在通过过程模拟手段,分析实际生产中多效蒸发过程能耗的影响因素。应用Aspen Plus对制糖中多效蒸发过程进行模拟,将模拟结果与手册数据、生产指标对比,验证了蒸发器模型和五效蒸发模型可行。在保持设备条件等参数不变的前提下,分析了进料糖汁和加热蒸汽对有效能消耗和输出的影响,分析表明:进料糖汁对有效能输出的影响为流量≥锤度≥温度,而对有效能消耗影响正好相反;蒸汽温度对有效能输出影响小于流量,但是对于有效能消耗的影响远远大于流量带来的影响。

【Abstract】 Multi- effects evaporation is the core of energy system in sugar refinery,analyzing its exergy situation has guiding significance to the energy conservation and emission reduction of sugar refinery. In this research,multi- effects evaporation was simulated with Aspen Plus,the dependability of evaporator model and five- effects evaporation model was also evaluated by comparing simulation results and actual engineering target. Basing on the verified model,influences of feeding juice and steam on multi- effect evaporation’s exergy were studied. The result shows the influence of feeding juice’s conditions on exergy output follows this sequence: flow rate,brix and temperature,when the sequence is reverse about the influence on exergy consumption,the influence of steam’s temperature on exergy output is considerably larger than flow rate,when flow rate’s influence is far greater than temperature on exergy consumption.
