3种根测仪测量根管工作长度准确性的比较
An evaluation of three electronic apex locators on measuring root canal working length in vivo
【摘要】 目的:比较研究propexⅡ根管长度测量仪、raypex5根管长度测量仪和raypex6根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性.方法:选牙体牙髓科就诊患者的165个根管随机分成propexⅡ组、raypex5组和raypex6组,每组各55个根管.患牙开髓后疏通根管,以上3组分别使用propexⅡ、raypex5和raypex6根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度.然后,每个根管按照各自测量的工作长度用Protaper器械根管预备至F2,选取主牙胶尖插入根管达工作长度,拍摄X线片,通过PACS软件量取牙胶根尖到牙根根尖的距离,测量3次,取平均值,并进行单因素方差统计分析.结果:在本实验研究中,propexⅡ组恰填率为96.36%,raypex5组恰填率为94.54%,raypex6组恰填率为96.36%.3组牙胶根尖到牙根根尖的距离无统计学差异(P=0.593>0.05).结论:PropexⅡ、Raypex5和Raypex6根测仪测定根管工作长度均具有较高的准确率,3者之间无显著差别.
【Abstract】 Aim: To compare the accuracy of propexⅡ,rapex5 and rapex6 electronic apex locators measuring the root canal working length. Methods: 165 root canals of patients were randomly divided into three groups in this study: propexⅡ group,raypex5 group and raypex6 group,and each group has 55 root canals. Teeth were respectively assessed for root canal working length by electronic apex locators,after pulp exposure and removed. Root canals were instrumented to a size protaper F2 nickel titanium file.Master gutta-percha point was inserted into the root canal of the working length and shooted X-ray. And the distance of the apical of gutta-percha to the root apical was obtained by PACS software,measured three times and averaged,then analysis of Variance. Results: In this study,the accuracy of propexⅡ group,raypex5 group and raypex6 group was respectively 96. 36%,94. 54%,96. 36%. And the dis-tance of the tip of gutta-percha point to the root apex has no statistical significance( P = 0. 593 > 0. 05)in these three groups. Conclusion: PrepexⅡ,raypex5 and raypex6 electronic apex locators can determine working length with high accuracy,and have no significant difference.
