【摘要】 经济发展和社会进步对食品安全提出了更高的要求,但食品安全问题频繁发生表明当前的制度安排依然存在市场失灵。从增加收益、完善相关宪法秩序和扩大市场规模等方面分析绿色食品产业协同创新的制度需求,从宪法秩序、制度创新成本、现有知识积累及社会科学知识的进步、当前制度安排以及规范性行为准则等角度阐述绿色食品产业协同创新的制度供给。最后提出,政府必须采取有效措施,积极促进绿色食品产业的协同创新发展,有效保障我国食品安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic development as well as social progress necessitates higher requirements for food safety.The existing market failures indicate that current institutional arrangement should be improved.The paper analyzes the institutional demand of the collaborative innovation in green food industry as it will produce more value than before and improve the constitutional order and expand the market scale.It also elaborates on the institutional supply of the green food industry’s collaborative innovation from the perspective of the constitutional order,cost of system innovation,the existing knowledge accumulation and the progress of social science knowledge,the current institutional arrangements and normative code of conduct.It is vital that the government take effective measures to promote the collaborative innovation of green food industry in order to guarantee food safety in China.更多还原
