基于PFC3D的机械抛光过程固液耦合数值模拟可行性的研究

【摘要】 基于机械抛光原理和离散元方法,应用PFC3D软件,建立了固液耦合模型,进行了剪切实验仿真分析,对颗粒固体和流体的相互作用进行了基础研究,研究结果是流体对于颗粒固体的加速性能较好,颗粒固体具有较强的随动性。这一结果表明,利用离散元方法进行微结构表面抛光过程数值模拟是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 The numerical simulation based on Discrete Element Method can visually display the motion state of the abrasive grains during the micro-structured surface polishing process.This method is helpful to explore the cutting behavior of abrasive grains.Based on the theory of mechanical polishing and Discrete Element Method,a solid-liquid coupling model is presented by the software of PFC3 D.The interaction of solid grains and liquid is researched.It is concluded that liquid can speed up solid grains to a desirable velocity quickly and solid grains can move with liquid well.These results show that the numerical simulation about micro-structured surface polishing based on Discrete Element Method is feasible.
