胎盘生长因子和可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1与子痫前期的关系研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨胎盘生长因子(placental growth factor,Pl GF)和可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(soluble fmslike tyrosine kinase-1,s Flt-1)与子痫前期发病的关系。方法:采用电化学发光免疫分析法分别检测84例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)﹑60例子痫前期孕妇的血清Pl GF和s Flt-1浓度。结果:子痫前期组血清Pl GF浓度[24-28周(56.20±30.29pg/ml)、29-33周(246.80±114.98 pg/ml)、34-36周(105.71±25.80 pg/ml)、37-周(78.36±46.70 pg/ml)]明显低于正常妊娠组[24~28周(632.33±225.23 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)、29~33周(783.48±311.65 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)、34~36周(643.71±252.04 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)、37-周(387.76±183.79 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)﹞,血清s Flt-1浓度[24~28周(5208.40±1 278.25pg/ml)、29~33周(6 196.00±2 051.28 pg/ml)、34~36周(9 941.86±2 912.66 pg/ml)、37-周(10 819.93±2591.38 pg/ml)]明显高于正常妊娠组[24-28周(2 560.76±1 058.33 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)、29~33周(4 468.57±1502.19 pg/ml)(P﹤0.01)、34~36周(5124.38±1653.75 pg/ml)(P﹤0.001)、37-周(6 880.33±2 854.29 pg/ml)(P﹤0.01)]。结论:血清Pl GF和s Flt-1与子痫前期发病密切相关,可作为早期预测子痫前期的手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between placental growth factor and soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor- 1 and preeclampsia. Method The serum levels of PlG F and sF lt- 1 in 84 healthy pregnant women( control group)and 60 women with preeclampsia were determined by Electro chemiluminesc ence immunoassay. Conclusion The serum levels of PlG F and sF lt- 1 are closely related to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,which can be used as a way to predict the preeclampsia.
