【摘要】 目的:探讨顺铂与奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果差异。方法:选择中晚期宫颈癌患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用顺铂同步放化疗,对照组采用奈达铂同步放化疗。评定两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率和对照组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组白细胞减少发生率、肝损伤发生率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血小板降低发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肾损伤发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顺铂与奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌均有显著临床效果,不良反应均可耐受,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect between cisplatin and nedaplatin chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of middle and late stage cervical cancer. Method 40 cases of middle and advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received cisplatin combined with chemoradiotherapy. The control group received nedaplatin combined with chemoradiotherapy. The treatment effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The effective rate in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was no significant difference( P >0. 05). The incidence rate of White blood cell decline and liver injury in the Observation group compared with that in the control group,there was no significant difference( P > 0. 05). The incidence rate of thrombocytopenia in the observation group was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of renal injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Concurrent Radiation and Chemotherapy with cisplatin or nedaplatin in the treatment of middle and late stage cervical cancer all has significant effect,the patients can tolerate the adverse reactions,which is worth learning.更多还原
