【摘要】 目的:观察鼻内镜下手术治疗霉菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:收集138例经功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的霉菌性鼻窦炎患者临床资料并进行分析。结果:全组患者无手术并发症发生,术后无复发。术后3个月、6个月主客观评分均较术前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下手术充分矫正鼻腔解剖变异恢复鼻腔鼻窦正常引流,结合术后处理能够有效控制霉菌性鼻窦炎,是有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for fungal sinusitis. Method 138 cases fungal sinusitis were treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery,to collect and analyze the data. Results All patients without surgical complications and recurrence. The subjective and objective ratings 3 and 6 month later all better than before surgery,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Correct the anatomical variations of nasal and fully restored to normal nasal sinus drainage with the efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery,combined with posoperative treatment can effectively control fungal sinusitis,it is an effective method.更多还原
