【摘要】 目的:评价应用硬膜外腔镜行腰骶神经粘连松解术后的临床疗效。方法:127例腰及(或)下肢疼痛患者,应用硬膜外腔镜行腰骶神经粘连松解术。对患者治疗前、治疗后1周、3个月、6个月VAS评分及治疗后3个月改良Macnab疗效进行比较。结果:与术前相比,术后VAS评分显著降低,(P<0.05)。术后3个月改良Macnab疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用硬膜外腔镜行腰骶神经粘连松解治疗腰腿痛有良好疗效,是一种可供临床选用、值得推广的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect with percutaneous epiduroscopy to release the adhesion of lumbosacral nerves. Method 127 patients with pain of lumbar and( or) lower limb were treated with epiduroscopy,release adhesion of lumbosacral nerves. The patients were followed up at the pre- operative,and 1w,3m,6m after treatment. Therapeutic effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale( VAS) and curative effect comparison of modified Macnab for the 3m postoperative.
