【摘要】 目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的应用效果、安全性及毒副反应。方法:85例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为三组:A组,n=35,胸腔闭式引流后注入顺铂40 mg加复方苦参注射液20 ml加地塞米松5 mg,B组,n=30,胸腔闭式引流后注入顺铂40 mg加地塞米松5 mg,C组,n=20,胸腔闭式引流后注入复方苦参注射液20 ml加地塞米松5 mg,连用4次,比较三组疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果:复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液,疗效较单用顺铂及单用复方苦参注射液好,且不良反应小于单用顺铂组。结论:复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液,能有效控制胸腔积液,并提高骨髓造血功能,降低不良反应,明显改善患者的生存质量,延长生存期,治疗费用增加不多,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect,safety and adverse reaction of the compound Sophora Injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion by pleural perfusion. Method 85 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into 3groups: Group A,n = 35,injection of cisplatin 40 mg + Compound Sophora Injection 20 ml + Dexamethasone 5 mg after Chest Cavity Closed Drainage; Group B,n = 30,injection of Cisplatin 40 mg + Dexamethasone 5 mg after Chest Cavity Closed Drainage; Group C,n = 20,injection of Compound Sophora Injection 20 ml + Dexamethasone 5 mg after Chest Cavity Closed Drainage.Compare three groups in curative effect and adverse reaction after four times treatment. Results Compound Sophora Injection combined Cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion was better than using Cisplatin alone or Compound Sophora Injection alone,and side effect was less than by using Cisplatin group alone. Conclusion Compound Sophora Injection combined Cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion can effectively control pleural effusion and improve bone marrow hematopoietic function,reduce the side effects,improve the patient’s life quality,prolong the survival period with less treatment cost and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
