窒息新生儿白细胞及血小板参数变化分析
Analysis the Changes of White Blood Cells and Platelet Parameters in Newborns with Asphyxia
【摘要】 目的:探讨窒息新生儿白细胞与血小板参数的动态变化及临床意义。方法:将65例窒息新生儿分为轻度窒息组(39例)和重度窒息组(26例),于第1天和第7天分别抽静脉血进行白细胞与血小板参数测定,观察其动态变化。并以45例正常足月新生儿作为对照。结果:1治疗前第1天,轻度、重度窒息儿白细胞计数(WBC)总数及中性粒细胞比率(NEUT%)明显升高,淋巴细胞比率(LYMPH%)明显降低,血小板(PLT)总数降低,平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW)及升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度窒息儿与轻度窒息儿比较:WBC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PLT、MPV及PDW差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2经治疗后第7天,轻度、重度窒息儿WBC总数下降,两组WBC各参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);PLT总数升高,MPV及PDW降低,与第一日比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白细胞及血小板参数变化与新生儿窒息密切相关,对了解病情动态变化和恢复程度的监测具有重要临床意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the dynamic changes of leukocytes and platelet parameters in newborns with asphyxia and its clinical significance. Method 65 cases of asphyxia newborn were divided into slight asphyxia group( n = 39) and severe asphyxia group( n = 26),measured leucocytes and platelet parameters in venous at the 1th day and 7th day respectively,observed the dynamic changes. And 45 cases of normal full- term newborns as control. Results 1 1th day before the treatment,slight,severe asphyxia group white blood cells( WBC) count and the neutrophil ratio( NEUT%) were significantly increased,the lymphocyte ratio( LYMPH%) decreased significantly,the platelets( PLT) total number decreased,the mean plateletvolume( MPV)and the platelet distribution width( PDW) increased,there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group( P < 0. 05); Severe asphyxia compared with slight asphyxia infants: the difference of WBC was statistically significant( P <0. 05),PLT,MPV and PDW had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). 2 7th day After treatment,slight and severe asphyxia infants WBC count decreased,WBC various parameters showed no statistically significant( P > 0. 05); The total number of PLT increased,MPV and PDW decreased,compared with the first day difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The changes of leukocytes and platelet parameters is closely related to neonatal asphyxia,for understanding the dynamic changes and monitoring the degree of recovery of the disease has important clinical significance.
