模糊层次分析法在高桩框架码头安全性评估中的应用
The application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process in the safety assessment of high-piled framed wharf
【摘要】 近年来对老旧码头安全性评估主要依靠检测结果定性分析,较少采用系统的量化评估方法 ,对高桩框架码头开展量化评估的更少。通过对高桩框架码头受损情况调查分析,建立安全性评估模型,基于模糊层次分析法及熵权法确定码头的安全等级,全面反映高桩框架码头的安全情况。运用该方法对某码头进行安全性评估,得到结果与该码头实际安全等级相一致,验证了该方法的可行性,可为类似的工程评估提供参考依据,也可为码头的运营决策提供依据。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the safety assessment of old piers mainly relies on qualitative analysis of the test results,and use less systematic quantitative assessment methods.The quantitative evaluations of high-piled framed wharfs are also seldom carried out.This paper establishes safety assessment models by analyzing the damage situation of high-piled framed wharf,and determines the security level of the pier based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Entropy weight method.The method can accurately reflect the security situation of high-piled wharf.This method was used in a wharf safety assessment,the test result is in accordance with the wharf fact safety level that proves this method’s feasibility.The method can offer evaluation and reference for similar projects,also provide the basis for operational decisions.
