复合微生物药肥对水稻秧苗几种抗逆酶活性的影响

【摘要】 针对水稻旱育秧田化学壮秧剂长期大量施用造成的环境污染问题,本文采用田间试验的方法,把几种功能微生物菌与矿质营养复配成复合微生物药肥并用于水稻育秧,研究水稻幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:复合微生物药肥施用后水稻幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性和脯氨酸含量均显著增高,丙二醛含量显著降低,秧苗抗逆酶活性增加是复合微生物药肥提高水稻幼苗抗逆性的一个重要原因。

【Abstract】 A large amount of the chemical agent for seedling strengthening applied for a long time had caused a seri-ous environmental pollution in arid rice nursery fields. In this paper, using the method of field experiment, severalfunctional microbial bacteria were mixed with mineral nutrition to make a compound microorganism bacteriumagent, and it was applied to the rice seedlings. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), phe-nylalnine ammonialyase(PAL), the content variation of proline(Pro) and malondialdehyde(MDA) during the riceseedling stage were determined. The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD, PAL and the content of prolineincreased significantly, and MDA content decreased obviously. The enhance of seedling stress resistant enzyme isone important reason of the compound microbial fertilizer to raise stress resistance of rice seedlings.
