面向行业应用的光电综合设计探索与实践

【摘要】 行业特色高校着重于培养学生解决实际应用问题的能力,专业综合实践必须立足于创新能力的拓展。常用的电类传感监测技术易受恶劣环境干扰且难以实现对温度的实时监测及远程数据传输。将基于拉曼散射的分布式光纤测温度技术应用到煤矿温度监测,大幅提高了煤矿灾害预知预警的技术能力。通过综合运用光电技术基础知识,指导学生自主搭建DTS光纤分布式测温实验系统,包括系统整体方案设计、硬件设计、软件开发和运行调试的全部过程,为煤矿安全评估提供科学依据。实践表明,学生的应用设计能力通过光电综合设计过程有了极大的提高。

【Abstract】 Industry- based characteristic universities focusing on training students’ ability to solve practical problems, and the professional comprehensive practice is committed to nurturing the innovation ability. Traditional electricity-based monitoring techniques are more subject to the environment disturbances and cannot monitor the real-time temperature changes and realize remote data transmission. The technical capacity to predict mine disaster warning can be significantly improved by introducing the distributed fiber temperature sensing(DTS) technology. By the integrated use of photoelectric technology, the students build a DTS experimental system which including overall scheme design, hardware design, software development and debugging process to provide scientific basis for assessing the situation of coal mine safety. The application design ability of students can be improved greatly due to such comprehensive designs.
