【摘要】 目的建立四子补益膏剂中特女贞苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定四子补益膏剂中特女贞苷的含量,色谱柱采用Luna C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长224 nm,柱温25℃;流速为0.7 m L/min。结果测得特女贞苷在0.05~1.6 g/L浓度范围内与特女贞苷峰面积之间具有良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为0.75%(n=6)。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好可用于测定四子补益膏剂中特女贞苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of specnuezhenide in Sizi Buyi Gao. Methods Luna C18 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0. 01 mol / L and potassium dihydrogen phosphate( 23∶ 77). The UV detector was set at 224 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃.
