【摘要】 采用CHARLS 2013年全国基线调查数据,对当前中国家庭代际财富转移现状、动机与规模进行定性与定量分析。主要结论有:1)中国家庭代际财富呈现向上转移的特征,同时年轻一代存在明显的"啃老"现象;2)父代对子代的财富转移主要由父代特征变量决定;3)子代对父代的财富转移由子代与父代的特征变量共同决定;4)收入是影响子代与父代之间财富转移的重要因素;5)农村父代对子代的财富转移偏向儿子,但女儿却更有可能给予父母财富转移;6)父母给予独生子女的财富转移规模更大;7)帮忙照顾孙子女会促进父母对子女家庭财富转移的可能性与规模;8)离家较远的子女给予父母更多的财富转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,We analyse the situation,motivation,and scale on the Chinese family’s intergenerational transfer of w ealth,basing on the CHARLS 2013 national baseline survey data. The main conclusions are as follow s: 1)Intergenerational w ealth in Chinese family usually transfer from progenies to parents,w hile the"eating the old"is popular in younger generation recently; 2) The characteristics of parents influence the transfer of w ealth from parents to progenies; 3) Both the characteristics of progenies and parents influence the transfer of w ealth from progenies to parents 4)Income is the most important influencing factor during the transfer of the w ealth betw een offspring and parents; 5) Rural parents tend to give their property to their sons,but their daughters usually are more helpful to them economically; 6)Parents w ould give more assets to the only child; 7) Parents prefer to give more assets to the progenies if they take care of their grandchildren; 8) Progenies w ill pay more to their parents if they are far aw ay from home.更多还原
