康复护理在颈源性肩周炎治疗中的作用

【摘要】 目的:研究在颈源性肩周炎治疗中使用康复护理的效果。方法:将在我院进行颈源性肩周炎治疗的患儿50例作为研究对象,根据就诊时间分为两组,所有患者都进行常规治疗,包括物理因子以及推拿等方法,观察组则同时进行康复护理,对比两组患者的肩关节功能情况。结果:使用康复护理的患者其肩关节功能有效率明显高于对照组,使用统计学软件进行对比和检验可知,差异显示为P<0.05,统计学意义明显。结论:在颈源性肩周炎的治疗中使用康复护理,能够有效改善患者的肩关节功能,提高疾病治疗效果以及其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the source sex periarthritis of shoulder neck treatment used in the effect of rehabilitation nursing.Methods:in my courtyard for periarthritis of shoulder neck origin for treatment of children with 50 cases as the research object,according to the time is divided into two groups,all patients with routine treatment,including physical factors and the massage method,observation group rehabilitation nursing at the same time,the comparison of two groups of patients with shoulder joint function.Results:the use of rehabilitation nursing of patients with the efficient function of shoulder joint was obviously higher than the control group,comparing the use of statistical software and test,the differences between the display of P<0.05,the statistical significance is obvious.Conclusion:the neck source used in rehabilitation nursing for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,can effectively improve the patient’s shoulder joint function,improve the effect of treatment and their quality of life.更多还原
