急性心肌梗死患者急诊护理路径实施效果探讨

【摘要】 目的:探究急诊护理路径方式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选择在2012年10月至2014年10月期间我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者98例,采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和实验组,每49例为1组,对照组给予常规护理方法,而实验组在此基础上给予急诊护理路径方法,将两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果:护理后,与对照组相比,实验组急诊室抢救时间、球囊扩张时间、卧床时间及住院时间均明显较短,而护理满意度明显较高,各项对比结果均P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:急诊护理路径方式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用具有显著的效果,值得在临床护理中应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to explore emergency care path way application effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:in October 2012 to October 2014,our hospital during the period of 98 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi),USES the lottery will be divided into control group and experimental group,49 cases for each 1set,the control group given conventional nursing method,and the experimental group on the basis of the given emergency care path method,the nursing effect of two groups were analyzed.Results:after nursing,compared with the control group,experimental group emergency rescue time,balloon expansion time,bed time and hospital stay were significantly shorter,and nursing satisfaction significantly higher,the contrast results(P<0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion:emergency nursing path method in the application of patients with acute myocardial infarction(mi)has significant effect and is worth popularizing application in clinical nursing.更多还原
