【摘要】 目的:评价输尿管结石ESWL失败后输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的临床治疗效果。方法:分析2010年9月~2015年10月输尿管结石ESWL治疗后行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术42例临床资料。结果:输尿管镜钬激光一次碎石成功38例,成功率为90.5.3%(38/42),1例置镜失败,3例结石移位。42例中,结石并发息肉或肉芽36例,远端狭窄5例,输尿管扭曲6例。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,创伤小,并发症少,是治疗输尿管结石ESWL失败后的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate curative effects of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL.Methods:Clinical data of 42 cases of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithot ripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL were collected from Sep.2010 to Oct.2015 in our department.Results:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy success rate was 90.5.3%(38/42).with 1cases of failed ureteroscopy placement and 3cases of calculit ranslocation.Among 42 cases,there were 36 cases of polypi and granulation,5of distal ureteral stricture and 6of ureteral distortion.Conclusions:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy was the first choice of ureteral calculus after failed ESWL with little trauma and few complications.更多还原
