【摘要】 目的:探讨脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长状况及影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、创伤后成长问卷、简易应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表调查医院脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长情况。结果:脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长得分(47.82±6.84);不同年龄、文化程度、经济收入及患儿是否是独生子女、脑瘫严重程度之间患儿父母创伤后成长得分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);创伤后成长得分与积极应对方式、社会支持呈正相关(r=0.692,0.769;P<0.05),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.293,P<0.05);回归分析显示社会支持、父母的文化程度及积极应对方式是创伤后成长的重要影响因素。结论:脑瘫患儿父母创伤后成长处于较低水平,增加社会支持,引导积极应对能够提高其创伤后成长水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current situation of posttraumatic growth(PTG)of cerebral palsy children’parents and possible influencing factors.Methods:General Information Questionnaire(GIQ),Posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI),Simplified Coping Style Questionaire(SCSQ),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used to know the posttraumatic growth of cerebral palsy children’parents.Results:The mean score of the parents’ posttraumatic growth was(47.82±6.84);The score of the parents’ posttraumatic growth was significantly different among age,education,economic income of parents and whether the child was alone,the severity of cerebral palsy children(P<0.05);The score of the parents’ posttraumatic growth was positively correlated with positive coping style and social support(r=0.692,0.769;P<0.05),negetively with negative coping style(r=-0.293,P<0.05);Multiple linear regression showed that social support,education level and positive coping style were influential important factors of parents’ posttraumatic growth.Conclusion:The posttraumatic growth of cerebral palsy children’parents is low,health providers should strengthen social support and lead them to deal with things positively.更多还原
