利用调Q的谐振腔直接输出超连续谱

【摘要】 采用在谐振腔内加入非线性介质的方法,制作了由谐振腔直接产生超连续谱输出的全光纤结构激光器。解决了传统超连续谱激光器光源需要高功率和多级放大结构的问题。利用声光调制器作为调Q介质,在调制不稳定性效应的影响下使脉冲分裂,利用谐振腔直接输出的结构获得了平均功率为102 m W的超连续谱输出,光谱范围为440~1700 nm,10 d B带宽为500 nm,光-光转换效率为5%。

【Abstract】 By adding the nonlinear medium in the cavity, the supercontinuum laser is produced by the resonant cavity directly. The problem of the traditional super continuous spectrum laser source demanding the high power and multi stage amplification structure is avoided. In the cavity, using the acoustic optical modulator(AOM) as the Q medium, the pulse is divided under the influence of the modulation instability, and the supercontinuum laser with average output power of 102 m W is obtained directly, with the corresponding optical-optical efficiency of 5%. In addition, the spectral range is from 440 nm to 1700 nm, with 10 d B flatness of 500 nm.
