构建弹性城市的参与性决策支持系统设计

【摘要】 针对弹性以及弹性城市相关研究存在的概念分歧,弹性城市概念性框架研究缺乏清晰的问题界定和系统阐释,在弹性城市质量持续改进过程中忽视动态不确定需求,全生命周期需求信息反馈以及利益相关者参与设计等问题,本文提出了基于复杂自适应系统理论的弹性城市新定义,系统阐释了构建弹性城市的维度,特征与构建原则,明确了构建弹性城市所研究问题的分类标准及其逻辑关系,提出了基于KBS-DQFD的参与性弹性城市决策支持系统设计方法。该方法不仅体现了全生命周期闭环需求信息的反馈过程,而且还将社会系统利益相关者的意见反映到弹性城市决策支持系统设计过程中。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that existing concept differences of resilience and resilient urban related research,lacking of definition and explanation clearly for conceptual framework research of resilient urban,ignoring the dynamic uncertain demand,demand information feedback full-lifecycle and participatory design of stakeholders in the process of improving the quality continuously of the resilient urban,a new definition of resilient urban based on the theory of complex adaptive system is proposed,the dimension,characteristics and construction principle of constructing resilient urban is explained systematically,the classification standard and its logical relationship that research problem of constructing resilient urban is cleared,and this paper proposes an participatory design approach for decision support system of resilient urban based on knowledge based system-dynamic quality function deployment method. This method not only reflects the feedback process of closed-loop demand information in the whole lifecycle,but also reflecting stakeholders opinion to design process of decision support system of resilient urban in social systems.
