【摘要】 本文采用江苏省13个地级市4715家企业调查数据,综合考察了金融环境、政府环境、行业环境对企业创新的影响,并进一步探讨了企业创新环境影响创新水平的非平衡效应。结果表明:融资可得、融资优惠、政府效率或服务水平、行业环境对企业创新起到显著的推动作用。但这种影响是非平衡的,不同环境因素对企业创新水平影响的大小程度依次排序为:行业环境、融资可得、政府效率或服务水平、融资优惠。本文结论对如何提高企业创新水平、推进供给侧结构性改革提供了有益思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey data of 4715 firms in Jiangsu,this article explores the effect of financial environment,government environment and industry environment on enterprise innovation,and the difference. The results show that the innovation environment plays a significant role and the order of importance is: industry environment,financing available,government efficiency and service level,financing preferences. This article provides useful thinking on how to improve the level of enterprise innovation and promote structural reform of the supply front.更多还原
