【摘要】 本文对我国对外反倾销的趋势、国别分布、行业分布、国别和行业混合分布进行了统计分析,并对我国对外反倾销的效率和效果进行了初步的评估。分析表明,我国对外反倾销在国际反倾销中占据了较为重要的地位,但2006年后这种地位明显下降;我国对外反倾销的涉案国家相对集中于日本、韩国和美国;而涉案产品种类较少,主要集中于化学工业。对各案件数据的初步统计分析表明,我国对外反倾销的效率较低,2006年后有所提高,我国对外反倾销的效果较好,对我国的企业起到一定的产业保护效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis analyzes the characteristics of China’s antidumping for the period from 1998 to 2013 and estimates the result and efficiency on China’s antidumping for the period from 1997 to 2013. The analysis indicates that China’s antidumping takes over an important status in international antidumping for the last 10 years. However,the status tends to decline from2006. The involved countries of China’s antidumping concentrate on Japan,Korea and United States. The involved products of China’s antidumping concentrate on the industry of chemical. The analysis initially indicates that the efficiency of China’s antidumping is low,but the antidumping measures make a good result for protecting domestic industry.更多还原
