【摘要】 农村生活污水治理是"五水共治"及新农村建设的重点,而污水管网信息化是农村生活污水治理出实效、达长效的基本保障。在农村生活污水治理中,农村污水管网信息化建设仍然空白。城市污水管网信息化的经验表明,借助先进信息技术,实现"一张图"式GIS管理是污水管网信息化的必要手段。通过借鉴城市污水管网信息化的研究成果,总结农村污水管网特点,探讨了农村污水管网信息化建设的主要内容,提出了推进农村生活污水管网信息化建设的若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Rural Sewage Treatment" is the key of "Five Water Treatment" and the "New Rural Construction", and the informatization of sewage pipe network is the fundamental guarantee of actual and persistent running effect. It is proposed that the informatization of rural sewage pipe network,almost in a blank now,should be taken into agenda as soon as possible,while other projects of rural sewage treatment all in full swing. It is proved that the GIS management in "one map" based on advanced information technologies is the essential means,according to city experiences. The main contents of informatization of sewage pipe network management are concluded based on reviewing related literature and summarizing characters of rural sewage pipe network,with some advice in management and technology for promoting the construction of informatization of rural sewage pipe network management at last.更多还原
