【摘要】 在城市化快速推进的过程中,城市社区公共空间与公共生活等议题在整体上尚未引起学界足够的重视。文章通过对福州市五类典型小区的公共空间和公共生活状况的抽样调查,从经验层面考察了公共空间、公共生活与小区公共精神之间的相关性。研究发现,在陌生人社区中,公共精神养成所遵循的逻辑,与邻里之间的熟稔程度不存在相关性,而是与居民的整体素质、社区公共空间的供给状况、社区公共生活的活力、社区公共话题的形成等等,存在正相关关系。文章最后讨论了当前我国城市居住小区公共空间和公共生活存在的问题及原因,并以调查的经验素材为根据,提出藉由小区公共空间和公共生活涵养培育公共精神是和谐社区的必由之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Throughout China’s rapid urbanization,people haven’t attached enough importance on the issues such as urban communal space and public life in communities. This paper analyzes the communal space and public life of five types of housing estates,discusses the root causes of shortages in communal space,listless public life and depressed public spirit. In current urban communities,the formation of public spirit is not dependent on neighborhood familiarity,but on residents’ integral quality,the supply of communal space,the vitality of public life in communities and the formation of their public issues. To achieve social harmony,it is essential to develop public spirit through adequate communal space,active public life,focused public issues and greater public participation.更多还原
