泥岩砌碹巷道破裂冒顶失稳机理与控制技术研究
Study on Cracking,Roof Falling and Instability Mechanism and Control Technology of Mine Lined Roadway in Mudstone
【摘要】 为解决小港煤矿-265m胶带大巷砌碹开裂、大面积冒顶的工程难题,通过对巷道变形破坏特征的分析,将巷道划分为砌碹开裂段与冒顶段;并对巷道冒顶失稳机理进行了分析研究,提出了围岩锚注+壁后短管注浆+高强预应力让压锚索联合加固支护的修复加固方案。为验证修复加固方案的实际应用效果,运用FLAC3D三维建模软件,对巷道修复加固后的位移场及塑性区分布进行了分析。方案实施后,基本控制了围岩变形,保证了巷道稳定。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the engineering difficulties of the liner cracking and large area roof falling occurred in a mine-265 mbelt conveyor roadway of Xiaogang Mine,with an analysis on the deformation failure features of the mine roadway,the mine roadway was divided into a liner cracking roadway section and roof falling roadway section and an analysis study was conducted on the roof falling and instability mechanism of the roadway.A repair and reinforcement plan with a surrounding rock bolting and grouting+ backwall short tube grouting+ high strength pre-stressed yield bolt and anchor combined reinforcement and support was provided.In order to verify the actual application effect of the repair and reinforcement plan,the FLAC3 Dthree dimensional modeling software was applied to analyze the distribution of the displacement field and plastic zone after the repair and reinforcement of the mine roadway.After the plan implemented,the deformation of the surrounding rock was basically controlled to ensure the stability of the mine roadway.
