【摘要】 通过田间调研和问卷调查,利用栅格量化方法和极值法对数据进行处理。从调查对象、环境感知、社区经济、社区生活、社区生产和法律宣传等方面对光明村、罗家坪村、刘家坝村和主溪村四个典型社区的环保社区机制综合状况进行了探讨,认为当前湖南省农村环境保护社区机制主要存在四方面问题:(1)机制系统不完善;(2)传统环保管理机制与农村环保社区机制不兼容;(3)地方保护主义的负面效应;(4)政府环保结构与农村环保社区机制的相悖。针对这些问题,结合国内外先进经验,建构了湖南省农村环境保护社区机制模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey, the data were processed by the method of grid quantization and the extreme value method.community environmental protection mechanism of community comprehensive status are discussed by the aspect of the survey,environmental awareness, community economy,community life, community production and legal advocacy and others in four typical of Guangming Village, Luojiaping Village, Liujiaba Village and Zhuxi Village. The study shows that four aspects of problems exist the current rural environmental protection mechanism of community in Hunan Province: mechanism system is not perfect, the traditional environmental management mechanism is not compatible with the rural environmental protection community mechanism, the negative effect of local protectionism, rural environmental protection mechanisms is contrary to government environmental community structure. Aiming at these problems, combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad, rural environmental protection community mechanism mode will be constructed in Hunan Province.更多还原
