【摘要】 运用洛伦茨曲线和偏移份额分析法分析了武汉城市群2001—2011年城市用地结构的时序演变特征和空间配置差异,并结合推拉理论和多元线性回归模型探讨了城市群用地结构变化的内在机理。结果表明:1总体而言,武汉城市群城市用地规模扩张明显、结构调整频繁;2从地类演变来看,居住用地、对外交通用地、道路广场用地和绿地属于增长性结构,工业用地、公共设施用地、仓储用地、市政公用设施用地和特殊用地为衰退性结构;3从空间配置格局来看,居住用地、公共设施用地、工业用地、对外交通用地、道路广场用地和市政公共设施用地在各地区分布比较均衡,绿地和特殊用地次之,仓储用地分布集中,同时,各地区对不同类型城市用地的竞争优势具有显著的空间差异性;4在变化机理上,人口增长、经济发展、产业结构变化、居民福利改善及土地管理政策调整等因素是造成武汉城市群用地结构时空变化的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper makes an analysis on temporal variation characteristics and space configuration differences for urban land structure across Wuhan City Group from 2001 to 2011 by adopting the method of Lorenz Curves and Shiftshare Model. The result showed that: 1 Overall, the urban land expansion obviously, and its structure adjustment frequently in Wuhan City Group. 2From the evolution of each type of land, the residential land, land for transportation system, land for roads and plazas and Greenland belong to a structure of growth form while the declining categories include industrial land, land for public facilities, land for storage, land for municipal utilities, and land for special purpose. 3 From the perspective of spatial allocation, the most balanced lands were residential land, land for public facilities, industrial land, land for transportation system, land for roads and plazas and land for municipal utilities,followed by Greenland and land for special purpose, land for storage was unbalanced. Meanwhile, there are significant differences in terms of spatial allocation in the competitive advantages of different types of urban land in various areas. 4At the change mechanism, population growth, economic development, the change of industrial structure, the improvement of residents’ welfare and land management policies were the important factors which result in the spatialtemporal evolution of urban land structure in Wuhan City Group.更多还原
