基于复合载体的提高工程类研究生创新能力方法

【摘要】 针对我国研究生培养实践能力、创新能力和团队协作能力薄弱的瓶颈问题,通过构建培养研究生创新能力的"开放式实践平台+链式渐进培养模式"复合载体,启迪研究生的创新思维和团队协作意识,提高研究生的综合素质和社会竞争力。按照"以培养研究生实践能力为基础、创新能力为核心、团队协作能力为关键"的指导思想,探索形成了三段链式渐进研究生培养模式。在研究生培养过程中,建立了"自由探索、自发学习、自行设计、自己动手、自主创新"的"五自"指导方式,实施了研究生的"规范有序、务实高效、战略思维、科学素养"四项基本训练,提高了研究生的实践能力、创新能力和团队协作能力,对推进研究生培养模式的改革创新和培养适应社会经济发展需求的创新人才,具有重要借鉴作用和推广价值。

【Abstract】 Students in our country to study the cultivation of practical ability innovation ability and the team cooperation ability weak bottleneck problem through the construction of the training of graduate students innovation ability "open practice platform+Chain progressive training mode" composite carrier studies to enlighten students innovative thinking and team cooperation make sense improve the graduate students comprehensive quality and social competition. To develop the graduate students practical ability as the core the innovation ability as the core the team cooperation ability as the key to guide the thought explored the formation of three stages chain gradually graduate student training mode. In the training process the establishment of a "free exploration self learning self design do it yourself independent innovation" "Five" guidance the implementation of the graduate "normative and orderly efficient and pragmatic strategic thinking scientific literacy" four basic training provided high graduate student′s practical ability innovation ability and the team cooperation ability to push forward the training mode of reform and innovation and training to adapt to the demand of social and economic development of the innovative talents is an important reference and popularization value.
