【Abstract】 Capture the emerging media position, which represented by Internet technique, has risen to national ideology. Employment education study of the mechanism is to learn from hermeneutics, pedagogy and psychology, combining the actual effect of college students’ employment education is put forward. By analyzing conjunction point between media convergence development and employment education to accept, respectively in the employment education for running mechanism in the process of information transmission phase, reaction will pick, integration of internalization and externalization, practice and feedback optimization phase analysis to clarify the media convergence, the influence of different stages to promote employment education to accept the effect of mechanism.更多还原
