药店提供避孕产品咨询服务的现状——药店经理层面的调查
Survey on the Contraceptive Counseling Service of Retail Pharmacies among Pharmacy Managers
【摘要】 目的:了解零售药店避孕产品咨询服务现状。方法:在北京、上海、南京等城市立意抽样选取216家连锁药店,采用自制结构式调查问卷对自愿参加调查的在职药店经理进行调查,收集个人概况、药店销售的计划生育用品类、咨询和服务提供等信息。SPSS20.0软件进行描述性分析。结果:共调查216名药店经理,问卷有效率100%。调查对象以25~45岁、女性、具备医药相关专业大专及以上学历、获取了医药相关执业药师资格和初级药师职称人群为主。调查对象报告,购买计划生育产品的顾客占药店所有顾客的7.7%;42.7%的店员会经常主动向购买避孕产品的顾客提供咨询,但50.2%认为只有少数顾客愿意接受避孕咨询,不愿意接受的主要原因是避孕话题太敏感及没有合适的咨询工具和资料;提供避孕专业医药知识培训和简单明了的咨询工具及手册有助于提高药店避孕服务。结论:群众对避孕的事前预防意识和药物避孕效果的认识不足,建议社会公开宣传倡导科学避孕;拓展咨询服务路径,零售药店在增加群众计划生育服务的可及性方面作用和潜力巨大,应加强店员服务意识和能力培训,提高服务质量。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate counseling service status of retail pharmacies for Contraception product.Methods:Retail pharmacies were selected by purposive sampling in Beijing,Shanghai and Nanjing,volunteered on-the-job pharmacy managers were investigated using self-designed structured questionnaire.Information about personal situation,category of family planning products in the pharmacy,and counseling and services provided were collected.SPSS20.0 software was used to do the descriptive analysis Results:A total of 216 pharmacy managers were surveyed,and effective rate of questionnaire was 100%.Most respondents were female in 25~45 years old,who had professional college or above education with major in medicine,and most of them obtained the medicine qualification for licensed pharmacists and primary pharmacist title.They believed that about 7.7% customers in retail pharmacies had been buying family planning products.42.7% of the respondents had often provide counseling services to customers on contraceptive products,but 50.2% of them believed only a few customers liked to accept contraception counseling.The main reasons for customers refusing to accept counseling were contraception topic was too sensitive and they had no proper counseling tools and materials.Training on contraception professional knowledge,and using simple counseling tools and manual would help to enhance pharmacy contraception services.Conclusion:Consciousness of contraception and awareness of contraceptive effect among common people is low.The public advocacy of scientific contraceptive and counseling service should be promoted.Retail pharmacies will play important role in increasing the accessibility of family planning service.Service consciousness and capacity training should be strengthened to improve the quality of service.
