【摘要】 目的:分析我国西部三省农村老年女性生殖健康相关行为的现状并探索其影响因素。方法:通过分层整群抽样方法抽取云南、青海和四川等省部分农村地区60~75岁老年女性,采用自制调查表收集其生殖健康相关行为。在描述性分析的基础上,采用多因素logistic回归对数据进行分析。结果:所回收的1 557份问卷中1 470份相关信息填写完整,完整率94.4%。经多因素校正后,地区、调查对象的年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭年收入、个人可支配收入及是否与子女同住等均为影响老年女性多项生殖健康行为因素。结论:地区差异是影响农村老年女性生殖健康的重要因素;在干预时应向高龄、低收入人群倾斜;在注重对老年女性的干预的同时,应注重对其子女的宣教干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze reproductive health related behavior among the elderly women from western rural areas in China,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods:The aged women(60~75 years old)in some rural areas of Yunnan,Qinghai and Sichuan Province were selected by stratified cluster sampling method.The information of reproductive health related behaviors were collected by self-made questionnaire.Based on the descriptive statistical analysis method,multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze.Results:Among the returned 1557 questionnaires,a total of 1474 questionnaires has been filled completely(the complete rate,94.4%).After multivariate adjustment,area,age,education,occupation,family year income,personal disposable income and living with children were the factors that affected the elderly women’s several reproductive health behaviors.Conclusion:Regional difference is an important factor that affects the reproductive health of the elderly women in rural areas.When giving them intervention,more attention should be inclined to the elderly and low-income women.At the same time,intervention such as education should also be paid attention to their children.更多还原
