【摘要】 目的:了解上海市流动已婚妇女对计划生育免费基本项目技术服务的知晓、利用情况及其影响因素,探索提高服务覆盖率的有效途径。方法:2012年12月~2013年1月,在上海市17个区(县)以18~49岁的流动已婚妇女为对象,采用概率比例抽样法抽取5193人进行电话问卷调查。结果:获得有效问卷2115份,流动已婚妇女计划生育免费基本技术服务知晓率为44.2%,接受率为19.0%。多因素logistic回归结果显示,生育孩子数、结婚时间、是否持有《流动人口婚育证明》、受教育程度、当前婚姻状况与计划生育免费基本项目技术服务知晓率相关。流入时间、是否具有暂住证/居住证、是否持有《流动人口婚育证明》、是否知道上海市有提供计划生育免费基本项目技术服务、受教育程度、所生育孩子数与计划生育免费基本项目技术服务接受率相关。结论:上海市计划生育免费基本项目技术服务的知晓率和接受率有待提高,加强信息的宣传或成为提高覆盖率的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the awareness and utilization of free basic technical services of family planning,to analyze associated factors among migrating married women in Shanghai,and to explore the effective way of trying to improve service coverage.Methods:5193migrating married women aged 18~49from 17districts(counties)of Shanghai were selected by probability proportional sampling and were investigated with questionnaires through telephone from December 2012 to January 2013.Results:2115valid questionnaires were obtained.The awareness rate of free basic technical services of family planning was 44.2% and the acceptance rate was 19.0%.Through multiple logistic regression,the awareness was associated with "the number of children", "years of marriage", "whether having certificate of marriage and childrearing for migrants", "education level" and "marital status".The acceptance was related to "residence time", "whether having temporary residence permit/residence permit", " whether having certificate of marriage and child rearing for migrants", "whether knowing the free technical service of family planning", "education level" and "the number of children".Conclusion:The awareness and acceptance of free basic technical services of family planning could be improved by propagating related service information among migrating married women in Shanghai.更多还原
