【摘要】 目的了解中学生早恋发生情况,为开展中学生性与生殖健康教育提供参考依据。方法2015年1~3月,采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,随机抽取上海市795名学生,采用自行设计的调查问卷对所抽取中学生进行问卷调查,通过单因素及多因素分析探讨中学生早恋的影响因素。结果对于早恋的态度,61.01%的中学生表示无所谓,14.84%表示赞成,24.15%表示反对。早恋发生比例为21.51%。多因素逐步Logistic回归分析显示,女生发生早恋的比例低于男生(OR=0.562,95%CI:0.388~0.814);与初二学生相比较,高一(OR=4.334,95%CI:1.870~10.040)及高二(OR=5.142,95%CI:2.916~9.066)学生发生早恋的比例较高。结论中学生早恋现象非常普遍,学校、家庭和社会应该重视中学生的性与生殖健康教育,引导树立正确的恋爱观,促进中学生的身心健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the puppy love among middle school students,so as to provide reference for launching sexual and reproductive health education in schools. Methods 795 students in shanghai were selected by multi- stage cluster sampling and invited to fill the designed questionnaire from January 2015 to March 2015. Uni- variate and multi- variate analyses were used to explore the influencing factors of puppy love. Results For the attitude of the puppy love,61. 01 % of middle school students showed it doesn’t matter,the rate of for and against were 14. 84 %,24. 15 % respectively. The proportion of puppy love among middle school students was 21. 51 %. Multivariate logistic regression showed that the rate of puppy love among girls was lower than that of boys( OR = 0. 590,95 % CI: 0. 411 ~ 0. 848). Compared to students of 8 grade,the students from 10( OR = 4. 467,95 %CI: 1. 937 ~ 10. 301) and 11( OR = 5. 379,95 % CI: 3. 063 ~ 9. 446) grade had higher rate of puppy love. Conclusion The phenomenon of puppy love is quite popular. School,family and society should pay more attention to sexual and reproductive health education for middle school students,to set up the correct love viewpoint,and to promote the development of the physical and mental health of middle school students.更多还原
