ZnS:Cu电致发光薄膜的交流电压传感特性
AC voltage sensing performance of electroluminescent ZnS:Cu film
【摘要】 实验研究了ZnS:Cu电致发光薄膜材料的交流电压传感特性。将被测交流电压直接施加于电致发光薄膜样品,通过测量样品的发光亮度与外加电压之间的关系实现了电压测量。在25℃室温条件下,实验测量了有效值为50V至350V的工频交流电压,发现样品的发光亮度与被测电压有效值之间具有较好的线性关系,实验数据的非线性误差低于2.8%;实验研究了样品的发光亮度、发光阈值电压以及击穿电压与被测电压频率之间的相关性。结果表明,该电致发光薄膜样品的发光亮度随被测电压频率变化关系曲线存在极大值,发光阈值电压和击穿电压均随被测电压频率的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 AC voltage sensing performance of the ZnS: Cu electroluminescent film sample is investigated experimentally. Under the application of ac voltage to be measured,the ZnS: Cu film will emit visible light,and the correlation between luminance of the film and its applied voltage can be used for ac voltage sensing. At room temperature of25( C,50 Hz ac voltage has been measured. Experimental data show that there exists a good linear relationship between luminance and voltage to be measured in the range of 50 ~ 350 V,and the nonlinear error is less than 2. 8%. In addition,the dependence of luminance,threshold voltage and breakdown voltage of the electroluminescent film sample on modulating frequency is also investigated in experiment. There exists a maximum electroluminescence while the modulating frequency varies,both threshold voltage and breakdown voltage of the film decrease with the increase of frequency.
