偏光棱镜晶体疖瘤缺陷对光束成像质量的影响
Study the effect of defects of furuncle tumor in polarizing prism crystal on imaging quality of light beam
【摘要】 为了检测冰洲石晶体内部的疖瘤缺陷及其对光束形貌的影响,通过常规偏光棱镜的设计形式制作了不同缺陷程度的测试样品,采用自制CCD光束光斑形貌测量实验系统,利用532.nm激光作为光源来扫描样品并采集其透射光斑图像,经MATLAB图像处理分析获得不同疖瘤的影响状况,以此来判定疖瘤的位置、大小及性质。结果表明,天然冰洲石晶体疖瘤缺陷存在几率非常高,除肉眼观察有疖瘤情况外,如果疖瘤够小,只能在此类仪器情况下发现的疖瘤,它对像的影响是可以接受的,此类晶体是有利用价值的。
【Abstract】 In order to detect the defect in the Iceland SPAR crystals and its influence on beam topography. Made different defect degree of test samples through design conventional form of polarizing prism. Adopt the CCD beam spot topography measurement experimental system,using 532 nm laser as the light source to scan the sample and collect the transmission light spot image. The influence of different furuncle tumor images be received by the MATLAB image processing analysis. To determine the furuncle tumor location,size and its nature. Results show that the probability of furuncle tumor defect exists in the natural Iceland SPAR crystals is very high. Except furuncle tumor depth can not reach-which almost to the naked eye observation,if furuncle tumor is small enough. Then it’s influence on image is acceptable,so this kind of crystal is valuable.
