【Abstract】 This paper establishes an index system for inland open economic system,measures the level of openness of the former Central Soviet Area,analyzes the status quo and problems in the open development of the area,researches the main influential factors on the openness of the area from perspectives such as resource endowment,human capital,economic growth,market growth potential as well as institutional and cultural environments,and brings forward some suggestions on development strategy: boost the transformation of late development advantage by government service of "updated version"; plan and build regional center cities and city groups,and optimize the spatial layout of economic openness; cultivate "invisible champions"and industrial clusters; build up the multi-level human resource system based on interaction with colleges and universities; promote the integration of the area with the coastal open developed area; and strengthen symbiotic development and set examples of ecological civilization.更多还原
