【摘要】 目的研究某武警部队官兵卫生服务需求与利用的现况和特点。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法调查武警部队623名官兵的两周患病及就诊、慢性病患病、住院等情况,并与军队、武警、国家相关调查结果做对比分析。结果被调查的武警部队官兵两周患病率为21.35%,以训练伤最为常见。两周就诊率为9.63%,多数选择部队医疗机构就诊。慢性病患病率为9.63%,多见于腰椎疾病。一年住院率为8.03%,其中90%选择总队医院住院。结论相对偏远地区武警官兵卫生服务需求较高,基层医疗机构卫生服务利用率较低。提示卫生相关部门应结合实际,及时调整和加强各层次卫生医疗机构的配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study on the status and characteristics of health service demand and utilization of armed police officers and soldiers in a certain area. Methods Investigation on situation of illness and treatment in two weeks,the prevalence and hospitalization of chronic diseases in 623 armed police officers and soldiers by using multi- stage stratified cluster sampling method and comparing with results of armed police,military and national survey. Results The two weeks prevalence rate of the armed police officers and soldiers was 21. 35%,and training injuries were most common. Two weeks treatment rate was 9. 63%,most officers and soldiers chose medical institutions of the armed forces for treatment. The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 9. 63%,of which lumbar diseases were more common. One- year hospitalization rate was 8. 03%,of which 90% selected military general hospital. Conclusion The health services’ demand of armed police from relatively remote areas is higher,while the utilization rate of health service was lower in primary medical institutions. The result suggests that health related departments should adjust and strengthen the allocation of health care institutions at various levels according to the actual situation in time.更多还原
