【摘要】 目的观察复方葛根片对衰老大鼠血管氧化应激的保护作用。方法将50只Wistar大鼠按体质量随机分为5组,正常对照组、D-半乳糖(150 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,腹腔注射)造模组、D-半乳糖+复方葛根片(0.406、0.203、0.102mg·kg^-1·d^-1)剂量组,灌胃给药,49d后黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶的活性,比色法测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,TBA法测定丙二醛的含量,取胸主动脉制作病理切片。结果模型组大鼠血清中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,丙二醛含量升高（P<0.05）,血管组织结构病变严重。各给药组与模型组相比均有不同程度的改善。结论复方葛根片对大鼠血管的氧化应激具有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effect of compound puerarin tablets on vascular oxidative stress in aged rats.Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,Dgalactose(150mg·kg^-1·d^-1,ip)model group,and D-galactose+gastric administration of compound puerarin tablets(0.406、0.203、0.102 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)groups,once daily for 49 d.Serum superoxide dismutase（SOD）level was measured by xanthine oxidase method.The activity of glutathione peroxidase（GSH-PX）was determined by colorimetric method.The content of malondialdehyde（MDA）was determined by TBA method.Pathological sections of the thoracic aorta were prepared.Results The levels of SOD,GSH-PX decreased and MDA content increased（P <0.05）in the serum of model group.The lesion of vascular tissues of model group was severe.Different levels of improvement were observed in each administration group.Conclusion Compound puerarin tablets have a certain protective effect on vascular oxidative stress in rats.更多还原
