【摘要】 目的初步探讨精神康复干预(psychic rehabilitation intervention,PRI)在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的作用。方法2015年1-10月,采用便利抽样法抽取嘉兴市康慈医院符合中国精神疾病分类方案和诊断标准的108例精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。对照组服用中至低剂量的抗精神病药物维持治疗,给予常规用药指导;研究组在此基础上,对患者和家庭成员进行PRI,比较两组患者的精神病性症状严重程度、社会功能缺陷状况、治疗依从性及患者家属的精神症状自评结果。结果实施PRI后,研究组患者的简明精神病评定量表及社会功能缺陷筛选量表减分值大于对照组,治疗依从性量表增分值大于对照组;研究组患者家属的精神症状自评量表各因子减分值大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对精神分裂症患者进行PRI,能改善患者的治疗依从性及家属的心理状况,从而促进患者心理、社会功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To primarily discuss the effect of psychiatric rehabilitation intervention(PRI)in rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.Methods By convenience sampling,108 cases were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group took medium to low dosage of medication to maintain treatment,and only received guidance in medication.The study group and their family members were received PRI family treatment and mental health care on the basis of control group.The severity of the symptom,social functional defect,compliance and family members’ self-evaluate results about mental health were compared between two groups.Results After the application,the score of schizophrenia assessment scale and the decreased score of social functional defect in study group were higher than that of control group,and the increased score of compliance was higher than control group.The decreased score of each factors of family members’ self-evaluate scale about mental health in study group were higher than control group(all P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions PRI intervention is helpful to improve the treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients,and promote the recovery of the patients’ social and psychological function.更多还原
