相位补偿器在带钢模态振动抑制中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对热镀锌带钢模态频率低而密集的特点,提出在PID控制器上串联相位补偿器的方法对带钢模态振动进行抑制。理论分析了相位补偿器通过相位超前来增大模态频率点处的阻尼从而降低共振幅值的原理。实验对比了不同相位超前角度和不同补偿频率区间对于相位补偿器抑振效果的影响。通过磁悬浮带钢抑振系统实验平台在20Hz的模态频率处的对比实验,验证了相位补偿器在PID控制器基础上显著抑制带钢模态振动的作用。

【Abstract】 Based on the hot galvanized strip’s feature of low and dense modal frequencies,the method of connecting a phase compensator in series with PID controller was proposed to reduce the modal vibration. Theoretical analysis was carried out to indicate the phase compensator’s theory of reducing modal vibration with increased damping at the modal frequency which is created by phase lead. Experimental comparison between the effects of phase compensators on the vibration reduction with different angles of phase lead and different compensating field was made.Contrast tests at the modal frequency of 20 Hz on the magnetic vibration reduction experimental platform verify the phase compensator’s significant effects on modal vibration reduction of strip steels controlled by PID controller.
